I normally love Taco Bell, but recently I went there for lunch. And I couldn't believe how impersonal and Cold the ambiance was. I waited for someone to come to the counter to take my order, but no one came. I finally had to raise my voice to get someone's attention. The person told me that they do not take orders anymore. I was so pleased with the staff. It took a bit for them to acknowledge my presence but they where very polite and kind. I really appreciated that they respected the number of hot sauce packets I put in my mobile order. Other Taco Bell’s dont. We tried the new volcano taco and burrito and they where delicious. I also tried the hyped up Mexican pizza and it was basic to me I’ll probably not order it again but they’re sausage breakfast crunch wrap is something I’d re order.
