My wife and I were lucky enough to stumble upon this quaint pizzeria just off State Street in SB. I am truly impressed with the excellent quality product and friendly service. The restaurant is fairly small with a cozy feel that is enhanced by the wonderful staff. The kitchen is about the size of a postage stamp and you can watch your pizza being made and cooked in the brick oven. Very happy that we made the choice to stop in, and would be happy to visit on our next trip to SB.

We were actually headed for the restaurant next door but walked into the pizzeria at 4:00 pm Sunday -just opened and we were the only guests. Francesca greeted us and said since we were the first guests we got to design the custom pizza for the night. We chose pomodoro e mozzarella with prosciutto di Parma, funghi, and fresh basil. The crust was fantastic and the pizza delicious. Started with a salad - the salads are a good size but lightly dressed and enjoyed a glass of their Sangiovese. The service was friendly and welcoming (granted we were the only ones there) and price reasonable. Note they do not have a full bar in the pizzeria. The restaurant started to fill when we left. Will come again.

Antipasti mozzarella di buffala was dispointing because it was 3 slices iof tomato with normal mozzarella (no buffala). And 13 bucks is pretty steep.

I stopped in to have a solo dinner meal on my break and I was pleasantly surprised with this gem. The food was on point. I had the special salad with beets and goat cheese and indulged in the funghi E taleggio. Both delish! I was especially delighted with my server Judy. She was attentive and I enjoyed the lovely candor. I will be back! Thank you Judy!

What a wonderful experience. I have never had such a wonderful waitress she brought the flavor out in the food. Her name is Francesca and I highly suggest requesting her when you come to eat here. The food and the service is five stars!
