“Great quality meat in their burger. Not that, cheap meat, thin smash burger, that seems to be trending everywhere. The biggest sleeper is their salmon salad. It's awesome with great quality fish, dressing, and veggies, which makes sense being that the proprietor used to be the executive Chef at Wine Cast and Bouchon. All ingredients are quality which really matters to me. It's also right by the back bar in the Public Market so you can sit at the bar and have a cocktail or glass of wine while you eat as well. Love it!“

“We stayed at the Agave Inn down the street and walked to find something to eat. Uptown Lounge came up with great reviews, including “best”” fries”, so we checked it out. Awesome bartender, recommended a nice tap beer and the fries were the “best”. My husband loved his crispy wings. Check it out you won’t be disappointed.“

This tells me Raul takes good care and pays attention to my order and makes sure I never end up with any dairy or meat in my food.
