She is one of the kindest chefs that I've ever met. Her recipes are great and her use of seasonal, organic and other good sources of ingredients is exceptional. The price you pay is worth.
Jose put together a number of spectacular dinners for our extra large family gatherings. To this day they are still the most talked about events from all of our family adventures. She is absolutely the very best in delivering an unforgettable culinary experience !
