Longoria On State is a lovely establishment with a nice, upscale interior decor. They offer a variety of locally grown Pinot Noir and Spanish varietals, as well as live music on some nights. The atmosphere is cozy, with great chill music adding to the experience. The staff, particularly Sam, are attentive and knowledgeable, offering great descriptions of the wines. The wines themselves are tasty, with a red/white taster flight available. While the decor could benefit from warm lighting and comfortable seating, the restaurant has a lovely ambiance. It's a great spot for a wine tasting experience, especially with special touches like birthday acknowledgments.
