We ordered catering from Saud for a company lunch and he was very responsive and accomodating. The food was excellent and we were very happy with the service we received. We would order again.

Soooo good 😊 Beautiful vibes, incredible staff, and the food is next level. Don't skip on the trio, or the mixed shawarma plate... the pita is the fluffiest!!

Overall, the Shawarma sandwiches tasted good, but they were dry and lacked sauce from inside (garlic sauce for chicken, tahini for beef). However, I asked them for more sauce and they were very helpful. Proportion size was good. Meat was thinly sliced. The meat was tender and juicy and cooked thoroughly. The meat had proper spices like the ones you get overseas.
The falafel sandwich was good, had proper amount of sauce. The falafel balls were crunchy and freshly cooked. However, its spices was a bit over on the coriander. Salad combo inside was perfect.

Awesome place to get some delicious Mediterranean food! Service was exceptional and the atmosphere is awesome with a lively bar downstairs and a cozy upstairs with a fireplace and plush seating! Recommended you get a healthy order of their freash made pitas to go with your dish! They were so good we ordered them twice during our visit! The drinks were awesome as well! Loved my espresso martini!

Had a great girls weekend in Santa Barbara and found our way to Mezza Thyme for dinner last Saturday night. Saud and Ricardo gave us exceptional service and the food was delicious! We’re already looking forward to the next time we can come. Highly recommend Mezza Thyme!
The first thing we saw when we walked in the door was Ricardo‘s big smile. Ricardo gave us a choice of eating upstairs or downstairs. Then we had the pleasure of Saud taking our order. The food had so much flavor. My eggplant had a roasted and garlic flavor that was yummy. The warm pita seemed like it came fresh out of the oven or grill. My sisters and I sampled each other‘s plates, and I can honestly say the Chicken Sharma, The grilled chicken platter and my eggplant and falafel plate were all delicious. Saud was attentive to our table and we felt spoiled with food and service. And Ricardo provided our table with delicious drinks that had us all smiling and laughing. I will be making a special trip back just to eat here again. Enjoy!!!

I have ordered large deliveries for work events from Mezza Thyme at least 5-6 times now, and each time the the food and service has been amazing. The guests always comment that it's the best food they've ever had at a catered event. I always communicate with Saud, who also delivers the order for a very reasonable price. Communication before the events is always clear and efficient, and in addition to the delicious food, the price is reasonable and the everyone always leaves satisfied (it's also the perfect type of food to serve to a large number of people with different dietary needs; and you can serve it at a work event and people don't go into a post-lunch slump). I had the most incredible dish from here and I am so excited to go back.
I'm from New York and we have excellent Mediterranean food over there. I had been craving garlic sauce and looked up Mediterranean/Lebanese food near me and this restaurant popped up. I am so grateful that it did.
I ordered takeout. I got the grilled chicken which comes with garlic sauce, hummus, raw onions and tomatoes, and fresh cilantro.
While I did not like the hummus due to my personal taste, I thoroughly enjoyed everything else. I have told everyone around me about this restaurant because my food was so incredibly made.
I got the side of pickled cucumbers which were genuinely one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. I have been craving them every hour since.
I also got a side of pita which was also delicious.
The chicken was INCREDIBLE. Alongside the garlic sauce, this combo really did the job for me. It made me less homesick.
Also, the employees were incredibly kind and cheerful. ?

One of the few Mediterranean options in Santa Barbara. Tasty, but I wish they had mixed appetizer plates. You need to order each bowl separately, and they are fairly large and pricey (things like hummus, baba ghannouj, fattoush). If you are just by yourself you need to decide for one. I only go with large groups there so we can order one of each family style dinner.

Above and beyond services! Eric - restaurant manager/bartender and an all-rounder, he was amazing! He recommended us some great dishes (that turned out to be delicious), he was kind and very friendly. We are definitely coming back for the food and Eric when we’re back in town. The Batata fries, falafel plate, chicken shawarma plate, Pita breads and hummus were so good! Highly recommend this place in SB. I hope more people get to know more about this place.
