Elite pizza. Highly recommended!
I anticipated that my trip to Santa Barbara would be highlighted by the beaches and ambiance of the city but I was wildly mistaken upon entering St. Bibiana. I entered this establishment with very few expectations as I simply just wanted a bite to eat but I left with non-quantifiable delight. Saint Bibiana is a popular pizza spot in Santa Barbara. The pizza is very tasty, fresh, and full of flavor, with a perfect crust and high-quality ingredients. The sourdough crust is a star, being impossibly thin, light, and crispy with a tangy depth. Specific meals mentioned include the Lemon mushroom pizza, which is absolutely fantastic, the sausage pizza, the Detroit style, the Margherita, and the Tomato Vegan. The cookie is out of this world. The atmosphere is great, with a friendly staff that does an excellent job keeping the vibe positive even during a nonstop rush of customers. This place is easily the best pizza in sb and a real gem worth finding off of State St.
