1000005! This place is phenomenal. From great food, to great service, and even an amazing magician that walks around from time to time (which is amazing!!). I love this place and will be coming back. Photo is my crawfish pasta.

Had the lamb, probably the most tender meat I've ever had. Loved the staff and the atmosphere. Would definitely come back

This was an unexpected place we stumbled upon. It is a New Orleans themed restaurant with lots of flavorful dishes and a friendly staff. They do a cool sing a long with all the patrons and the staff comes around to all the tables to share a toast with you.

Everything is great! The spice rim on the oyster shooters is great too! I usually go on a week day for lunch and the line is short.

The food here was fantastic. The crab was done very nicely, savory and crunchy. The rice and vegetables that accompanied the crab were fresh and flavorful as well. The pasta dish was perfectly cooked with a wonderful flavor profile. Just the right amount of spices. Our favorite was the palace oysters, they were so decadent and tasty. The service was on point, very attentive and friendly. The ambience was fine, with dark decor, and an open space concept. Would definitely recommend.

Food was amazing. Unfortunately our server was MIA. He did not check on us once after our food came until it was time for the bill. We had to tell another staff member we were ready to order.

Okay at first the service was bad they took a while to take my order and mean while the other workers were sitting down and watching the tv in the kitchen so that was not it and 2 the cashier forgot how much money he had to give me and I had to remind him how much and I know I have to watch out and that's not my job to look out for. The pasta was too salty and the bread was too hard and no bread should be like only if you want it to be hard, I asked for it to be sulf. Come to this place if you want to.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Santa Barbara. Really wonderful dishes, they keep some very delicious classics going that you can depend on every time you go there. I love the consistency of the quality of both the food and drink, and the ambiance is also quite fun. I'm sure some other review talks about it, but there is a special moment that happens a couple times a night at The Palace Grill, and I encourage you to take that moment and enjoy it with your loved ones and the rest of the customers and staff! I won't spoil it if you want to leave it as a mystery until you experience it. :)

Going to the Palace Grill is about more than having a delicious meal--it's an experience. Our family had a great time on a busy Saturday night. We ordered a range of dishes and appetizers and all were great. My blackened fish was so fresh and succulent and perfectly seasoned while my daughter's crab cakes were packed with crab and spices and the bread pudding dessert was sublime. The staff is friendly and attentive, but what made our night special was the magician who came by the table--he won't disturb you if you aren't intersted-- and did a variety of really excellent card tricks. He's a great guy with a great personality and my college student kid still can't figure out how he did what he did. Plus, to add to the festive vibe, there was a zydeco band playing out in front so the music is not too loud, but it definitely added to the experience. It's just a lovely and special place and definitely worth visiting. You won't be disappointed!

Fun and lively restaurant with killer west coast Cajun cuisine. I was lucky enough to be in while Louisiana coastal red snapper was available… blackened to perfection and oh so buttery. Everyone else at the table was pleased with their meals. The full restaurant rendition of What a Wonderful World was charming followed with a cheers from the staff. The magician was fun too!

This is my go-to place whenever I visit Santa Barbara! I came here for a company dinner 10 years ago and fell in love with their Crawfish Pasta Lafitte. I dreamed about this dish for weeks on end after having it for the first time. So sure enough, I've been back to SB multiple times. The pasta is so creamy and they are very generous with the crawfish. They used to serve the pasta with salad but now it's the entire dish which I am not mad about at all. My husband usually gets their redfish and it's so juicy and tender.

Food is amazing. I've been coming here for decades. This is gourmet Cajun food and the chef is sensational, order anything, you will love it.The chocolate or bread pudding souffles should be ordered when you first get seated due to prep time.Check the hours, they are dinner only at time of this review.Press the reserve button here on Google Maps or call for a reservation, especially if coming at a peak time, we came for an early dinner on a Sunday in January of 2024 and were able to get a last minute reservation for 5:30.
