Okay, I have to let the cat out of the bag.Probably one of the best Happy Hour locations in San Jose. Staff is Super friendly and food quality is good. They could expand their cocktails menu but it is not bad. It does get a little busy, so expect a little wait. And probably a bit more busy after my review, but their Happy Hour prices are also the best, no joke!! $6 for personal pizza and a beer together. Sorry but you just cannot be that anywhere else I promise you! Beer alone anywhere else is $6-$8. CPK, Thanks a bunch for always providing a great deal, great service with a smile. Hate to say it because CPK has been a go-to place for us but it's sadly going downhill. We came here for dinner tonight and ordered the Sicilian pizza and the BLT pizza. The Sicilian pizza did not taste the same as it used to - some of the dough tasted undercooked and doughy and the cheese and toppings were lukewarm at best. Some of the avocado on the BLT pizza was brown too.. Service was unfortunately lacking last night. We waited around for our server and barely saw him throughout our visit. Only came to bring us water and bread, food, and we had to flag him down for more water and the check.

I don't typically give such terrible ratings, but this one is awful. We waited for around 45 mins which is typical for restaurants located in Valley Fair, and actually one of the more fair wait times compared to the rest. There were 5 of us, my husband, son, brother in law and our friend. It took a while for our server to come by. There were no silverware on the table at all. The server was missing in action for a good 15 minutes. When he finally came by, he didn't notice that we didn't have any silverware or plates. Took our order and drinks. After sometime.... another 15 minutes we got our drinks, and some fresh bread. Another 20 minutes passed and we finally got our food. The food was okay, we got 3 different kinds of pizza, my son's mac and cheese and chicken piccata for the husband. What really gives this a 2 star rating is the service. Our server was no where to be found, and we had to keep asking other servers to help us. We got checked on like once. I'm one to empathize with staff, but it literally took 30 mins to try and get our check and to pay while other tables that came in the same time as us already left. We had to give the check to another server and he had to go find OUR server which he had to go look for because the lad was literally missing in action! This is one of the more unpleasant experiences that I've had at CPK. Usually, all is well. Please fix your customer service because as a paying customer, we expect decent service. I almost asked for the manager during this dining experience.

Late last minute dinner, kaung pao spaghetti was awesome, slightly spicy but delicious! The chips and guacamole dip was very good too! Price was reasonable and service was very nice! Complementary bread was warm and crunchy! Love it!
