This is one of the most busiest fast food place and they only have 1 server in peek hours!! The others move very slow. This place needs to train their employees better! I feel for them, so busy and short staff.

Is it that hard to train staff how to fold a burrito? This is such a sad sad burrito. Burrito folding is usually substandard here, but this is one of worst. Please train your workers!

Stopped by late afternoon for lunch. 1 person in line in front of me. Line moved quickly. Never came here before so quickly made some decisions based on my dietary needs. Did bowl to keep carbs low. Brown rice for better quality carbs, steak for decent protein, salsa for some flavor and corn for some carbs and guacamole for good fat.Food looked pretty fresh. Guys serving had gloves on and seemed caring about cleanliness, as I later saw him go to back room and come back and used hand sanitizer and put on new gloves.Cashier was also pretty quick.Eating, well I mixed everything together as the steak is a little bland on it's own. I liked the combo. Steak was of decent quality, little over cooked but fine. All other items had a pretty neutral flavor with slight kick of flavoring. I had eaten half the bowl without realizing. Really enjoyed it. I'd come back again. Honestly a decently healthy meal for mall food.

Showed up at 830pm on a Saturday and the place was empty. Food was fine, they didn't have any vegetables which was annoying. Didn't sound like they were making any anytime soon.Got chips and guac with our food and the chips tasted a bit stale.Overall it was quick food and it tasted fine, just a few misses. The new chicken al pastor was decent. Not as good as a local taqueria but a good quick and healthyish meal

I wanted to order a bowl and tacos, and for that simple transaction I was handed over 3 times to different employees. It took 2 to finish the bowl and it was a shoddy job at it. On top of it, they were literally tossing over the ingredients in an absurd way no regard to proportions. When I complained at the check out register, was told there was a health inspector in the back and everyone had to rush to wash their hands which speaks to something even worse.Pathetic customer service, just sad how employees treat their business. Dork know how to feel for the proprietors as either it speaks to their negligence on oversight or that this lot is dragging their shop down. Either way, avoid this location!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. This location has the worst attitudes and its prevalent across the entire staff. The two of the employees at the counter don't listen, give horrible attitude when you make corrections, and complain or make unhappy grunts and noises. Very bad service which creates a bad environment. And honestly, makes the food that much worse because it's a crappy american version of Latin American dishes. You go for the convenience, but if the service is bad--then f*** this and head over to Nick the Greek for better quality fast food and better service. It's literally right next to chipotle.Don't give this chipotle any service until things change.
