Great and fast service. It was my first time trying food from there; a plain Bagel with Cream Cheese and Vietnamese Coffee good meal to start the day. Portions are generous and the staff is great!! Very polite and cheerful.

I moved to Santa Clara about 5 years ago and this is the ONLY bagel shop we ever go to!! The food is fantastic, always fresh ingredients and delicious bagels. The staff is always so friendly, nice, and helpful.
But my favorite thing on the entire menu is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee!!! This is a little known hidden gem, but Cramer's Bagels proudly offers the most delicious iced coffee available on the entire planet. I simply do not go to Starbucks anymore. The flavor and energy is unmatched!
Basically if there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it. You won't be disappointed!

I just ordered, was waiting in line to pay and watched a worker full-on blow his nose into a tissue, throw the tissue, but then IMMEDIATELY go touch food. Did not wash hands. Walked out. That's a health code violation.
Update: fun to see a health code violation and then be called a liar. I *saw* this employee touch an order and give that order, which is food, to another customer. Can't recommend going here.

We have a child with autism, and the overall vibe i would say was- uncomfortable. The waiter shushed my child, put her finger to his face when he started talking, and the other waiter dead stared at me and my child the entire time. We honestly wish we could tell him " he has autism, he's just trying to say hi"
The waiter on top of that wanted me to pay twice... As i showed him the reciept and kept demanding i had to pay again.
Don't worry waiter, I'm not coming back. You can have your tip, I'll let anyone with a kid, brother or child that this place is a ❌
Kid-friendliness: They are Generally very unfriendly towards kids or people with disabilities, honestly would not recommend
Bagel breakfast sandwich was okay. They charged $1.99 to add tomato though. That's unreasonable to me. Not coming back.

I stopped in before catching the train. It was clean, the employees were kind and clear, and my bagel was great. They had a TV and a special table and space for young children which I appreciate ❣️

They are always greeting you with genuine smiles! So friendly. I get the breakfast bagel sandwich most of the time and I drove pretty far out of my way to enjoy them. One of those with a vietnamese coffee ( let the ice melt a bit is the trick) and you are ready for your day!
