Din Tai Fung is a top contender for my favorite Chinese restaurant. Their Hot & Sour Soup and Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao are absolute must-tries. These perfectly formed soup dumplings are a burst of flavor in every bite!Today, I ventured beyond my usual favorites and tried the Cod Dumpling and Vegetable & Pork Wonton Soup. Both were delicious, but they didn't quite reach the same level of wow-factor as my usual picks.Pro tip: To avoid a wait, consider reserving a table in advance. They also have bar seating for a more casual option during off-peak hours.Overall, Din Tai Fung is a fantastic restaurant with consistently delicious food. Love it!

What more can I say? It's the best... especially the noodles! However, the waiting line is really ridiculous, so you have to hang up and shop for a long time at the mall to kill time.

Food is good but the location is way too small. Having a four hour wait is a problem and while the food is good - I don’t think it’s ever good enough to stalk to get a reservation or wait a ridiculous amount of time.

The price of the $8 side dish is ok. The portion is too small. And I ordered shredded dried tofu and kelp. I only saw vermicelli.

It’s better than the one in Taipei ? The price is good, too. Recommend if you don’t mind paying a little more.

The xiaolongbao was okish, and the potstickers appeared undercooked. There are quite some other great places in the bay area that have better food than this one within the 3 hour drive range(waited for 3 hours at this place)!

Today we visited our beloved restaurant Din Tai Fung again. Whether in Taiwan or the United States, its consistent high-quality service remains the same. Surprisingly, the American branches have maintained the same standard, and the young service team is courteous and attentive. The food is as delicious as ever, and every time I visit, I look forward to it. It is indeed a place worth returning to again and again. I ate Xiao Long Bao today, and the fried tofu was quite delicious along with the kale and pork ribs and egg fried rice. It's a pity that the food intake is limited, otherwise I should have ordered more.
