Wait times are very long especially for delivery, and the pizza is never cut properly. Trying to get a slice always ends up with you cutting off half of the other slice. Only reason for the two stars is the pizza is still good.
I ordered a pizza at 6:02. The tracker said it was out for delivery at 6:13. I went to the hotel lobby to wait for its expected delivery between 6:30-6:45. At 6:34 the tracker said it had been delivered, which it hadn't. I called and they assumed me it was on its way. At 7pm it was still not here. I called again and stated I didn't want a pizza that had been driving around in a car for 45+ minutes. The gentleman was hard to understand, but made it clear I couldn't cancel...read full review
