We recently attended a birthday party with over 200 guests, catered by Jay Dubz BBQ. First, the appetizers layout was very pretty as well as tasty. We thought that was it until the smoked ribs and both pulled pork and brisket sliders. They were so flavorful! My husband, not a big brisket fan, had to admit it was some of the best brisket he's had. (And he even smokes his own brisket, among other things.) Overall the catering was very good and had a nice variety.
If you are looking for an incredible barbecue caterer, hire Jerome, aka Jay Dubz! He handled our backyard event, and the feedback from our guests was unanimous. The brisket was hands-down the best most people had ever eaten, and the chicken was incredibly flavorful and juicy. Jerome made the whole event effortless for us as hosts, and by the end of the party, half the room was asking for his contact info. 10/10 recommendation!
Pretty good bbq the beef ribs are to die for you can tell this guy smoke his meat for hours when the meat falls off the bones.
