Kitchen united mix is the best thing to happen at valley fair mall. You can conveniently pick up food from different restaurants in the mall all at one time. Although went by the other day and looks like they may be closing it down. Usually I see the wonderful team members out front but haven't seen many of them lately which makes me very sad, they were always so helpful. I have friends who work there and order thru mix everyday, now how will they eat. Hopefully this is just a temporary thing and things pick back up again. Please don't take mix from valley fair

I had a GREAT experience and was able to get food from some of my favorite restaurants in Houston (Rustic, Dog Haus, Burns and Jailbird) all at the same time in the same location!! Everything was delicious!

Through Kitchens united mix, I can order Sharetea bobas and get drinks brought to me curbside. They work with most of my mall favorites: Auntie Anne's pretzels, Cinnabon, Haagen Dazs and more. They have delivery and self-serve lockers too!

Kitchen United Mix is a save for every mom, love that can get some treats in but also there’s healthy options to balance it all out. Great shortcut to all my mall snack faves! Love that this place is conveniently around for curbside pickup. Even though things have been sparse but w crowds picking up again, I’m still wary of indoor air circulation. Kitchen United is a great alternative to pick up meals for the whole fam (so picky, this solved all the fights about what to have for weekend dinners). Now I’ll pick up poke from Big Fish Little Fish, w Men oh Ramen for dinner and couple boxes of Rooster and Rice for the lunchboxes on the weekend for the kids. It’s become a ritual and whole fam loves rotating through the food court! One of the pickup locations is right next to J.Crew, which is super convenient. J.Crew has been running 50% discounts rotating through their collection ever since declaring bankruptcy so I basically treat myself to new t-shirt or blouse (getting ready for the post-covid wardrobe update!!! Did you know skinny jeans are out???!!!) and pick both up curbside. Taking care of fam and a little selfcare shopaholicism for me!!!

I’ve ordered here at least a dozen times now. Management is nice and are quick to fix problems but there seems to be a problem every single time. Specifically with pickup codes being sent. Someone needs to reach out to there tech department or get a more reliable system. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to call every single time to get a code when it should be automatically programmed.

Mix makes it really convenient to be able to order from multiple places in a single order. Their customer service is the best! If something goes wrong, they put 100% into making it right.

The pandemic has shifted my family's dining habits from restaurants to eating in. We order several times a week and so when KitchenUnitedMix came along, it was added to all the other ones. What is nice about this is the range of menu options. Instead of saying "we're having sushi tonight" and hearing groans, each person can order what they want. One kid wants pizza, the other noodles? Dietary allergies? Gluten-free? Vegan? Something for everybody. One order, one delivery. Like every service, there were some glitches and bugs in the website when I first tried it, but their developers must have fixed them and the process a lot more streamlined.

I love this! I've used it twice now and it's the best thing right now. I love that you can order from multiple places and pick up your order in one spot. I haven't used the lockers yet but I've used the drive up for pickup and it's fantastic. Super easy or order and pick up. 10/10 recommend. I hope it stays forever!

It's amazing that they launched Mix at Westfield Valley Fair during covid. Hopefully this helps the restaurants at the shopping center. Super easy to order online with timely delivery updates via text. Food looked and tasted delicious!
