Terrible but terrible service the lady from the register yelled at me just for asking for my drink and when she gave it to me I started walking away and she said something to me I turned around and asked what she had said to me she yelled again and said you are rude im like first of all you yelled at me second why should I even be nice if im been treated this way! But whatever the front managers are rude and disrespectful

I ordered online and was told that my order was ready. When I arrived, my order was not ready yet! Every time I order in this branch, I always wait a long time before I get my food. Minimum 15 mins. And my order is to-go. What I observe is that they only prioritize the drive-thrus. Even if the drive thru order came waaaay after mine, it gets served first. The food is hit and miss. The latest order I had included fries and the fries had a lot of salt on it.

The server was very rude. A customer asked for the bathroom code. The server pointed to a drink holder. The customer said what about it. The server just pointed at the drink holder again. He didn't explain that on the back of the drink holder was the written code. The customer couldn't see it and just walked away in disgust

My daughter and I had what were possibly the worst Frappes we have ever ordered from a McDonald's here today. We stopped by to buy a Mocha and Caramel Frappe because we both needed a pick me up after doing some shopping at Costco next door. We did not realize until we had already left and started drinking them, that both were literally filled with half a cup of uncrushed ice. Mind you, these are supposed to be blended Frappes. We did not bother to go back to return them as it was the lunch rush hour, and the parking lot was a zoo during that time of the day. Suffice it to say, we will not be going back to this McDonald's whenever we are craving something after shopping nearby.

Told me to pull into a waiting parking spot for one simple item. After 15 minutes of waiting I go in and check for an update. Once I asked for my food I realized it was just sitting on the counter ready to be given out. Do better please.

Considering it's right next to Costco, you would think this place is stuffy also, but to my surprise, it was spacious and not a ton of foot traffic when I went in. I ordered my fries and lemonade to go, while I waited since I walk and use public transportation. I decided hitting up the restroom would be a great idea before heading home. The restrooms were clean and smelled nice. I was very grateful for that. When I exited my items were ready for pickup and I left happy. Thank you McDonald's crew at Coleman, you are great.

Wow, I’m literally still sitting in the parking lot. I just had the rudest encounter with I’m guessing the manager man, seems to be the same person that I’m now reading about in the reviews. I ordered via the app and they said pick up your order at the counter which is what I tried to do. This man yelled at me that I need to tell them the number first before I grab my food, which is fair but you dont speak rudely to people. I never once raised my voice throughout the whole encounter but it was incredibly unnerving. Whoever owns this branch really needs to have a sit down with this employee it’s not okay. Thankfully I’m never on this side of town so won’t ever be coming back but no one deserves to be spoken to as if they’re an animal.
