I arrived at 0600 when the restaurant is supposed to open the dining room. After getting the employees attention I stood outside the door and waited 5 minutes for them to open the door before I gave up and left. And actually that is fine because the service and the quality of the food it's terrible, even for a McDonald's

There is something wrong with the ice. Particularly the ice from BEHIND the counter. It made my tea taste like it was cooled using ice SCRAPED from the walls of a dirty unkept freezer. Must be a nasty ice maker.

I ordered a latte and waited over 10 minutes for it. a latte does not take over 10 minutes to make especially when there was no other customers inside
The manager had a bad attitude and was disrespectful even though I asked a simple question. And this is my first time being in this location. Not happy with their service at all.

Terrible but terrible service the lady from the register yelled at me just for asking for my drink and when she gave it to me I started walking away and she said something to me I turned around and asked what she had said to me she yelled again and said you are rude im like first of all you yelled at me second why should I even be nice if im been treated this way! But whatever the front managers are rude and disrespectful
I regret going there. One of them ruined my day.
