Wow, I’m literally still sitting in the parking lot. I just had the rudest encounter with I’m guessing the manager man, seems to be the same person that I’m now reading about in the reviews. I ordered via the app and they said pick up your order at the counter which is what I tried to do. This man yelled at me that I need to tell them the number first before I grab my food, which is fair but you dont speak rudely to people. I never once raised my voice throughout the whole encounter but it was incredibly unnerving. Whoever owns this branch really needs to have a sit down with this employee it’s not okay. Thankfully I’m never on this side of town so won’t ever be coming back but no one deserves to be spoken to as if they’re an animal.

Terrible service! They were short-staffed, which, I understand, can happen sometimes. However, they had a lobby full of customers waiting and didn't even acknowledge anyone. One of the staff had to walk through the crowd to go near the restrooms. She said no one was working the registers, so use the kiosks. In the group of customers, there were people who wanted to use cash. Some (including myself) just wanted to give our app preorder code to staff, stating we came in instead of going to drive-thru, due to the line of cars looking like in-n-out burger. Staff wouldn't acknowledge us! We couldn't say anything to them! I get being busy and overwhelmed, but acknowledge your customers! I was there over 20 minutes and all I ordered (ahead) was 3 drinks and an apple pie. This staff needs crisis training.
Parking: Hard to get in and out of parking lot due to roundabout Costco traffic.

Ordered on the app for table service and the guy didn't bring my order. Instead just left it at the counter an called out a number. What's the point of table service if they won't bring it to the table? He was very unpleasant, rude, and zero Customer Service skills. Sloppy dressed an no hair net being he had long fluffy hair. I won't be returning to this location. Food was not made as I customized it either. They don't pay attention to details.

How do you mess up my order TWICE !
Fries were sooo damn crusty, mcchicken tasted like it had been left out for years, and my nugs were hard as a rock. Soda was good but god damn do they just leave out the food no one has picked up and resell it?? So crusty for what? I was the only person in line, the food should have been fresh. Ruined my night and my wallet.

I used the mobile app to order and screenshot it because a previous time there was an error. My order disappeared even though I had the screenshot, bank charge and email receipt as proof. I even asked if my order was received and the manager Pedro pointed it out on the screen. They refused to give me the food I paid for because I didn't have the "right code". They definitely gave my bag away to a DoorDash or random person. The manager claimed my order was canceled but I had received no cancellation on my end. The app only showed I used my points. 4 hours later my order finally shows up in the app for recent orders. Ridiculous. Avoid this location!

Attempted to pick up a mobile order. The Manager Pedro was EXTREMELY RACIST. He was muttering racial slurs under his breath while his back was turned to me, and he refused to fill my mobile order.
I had to leave in order to deescalate, and I'll have to charge back my bank for the food I did not receive due to Pedro, the "manager."
I can't even believe this is acceptable for McDonalds employees, let alone for a manager to do this.

Place has the worse customer service. Becareful when ordering on the mobile app. I Had an issue where they emailed me a receipt, took the money out of my bank but had no record of me ordering a coffee so they refused to help me even with proof of receipt. I'd use to extreme caution when ordering at mcdonalds!

Arrived at approximately 8 am, 2 hrs after opening. Pulled into curbside #3. Ordered food and went inside to use the restroom. That half of the restaurant was barricaded. The employee who was mopping noticed me/ ignored me and just proceeded with his duties. And he was not the only one to do so. Both managers also ignored me as well as the other 2 men waiting to use the restroom. (Which SHOULD be cleaned before doors open) RIGHT?? I exit the restaurant followed by the other 2 men. Now in my car waiting for my food. I see the male manager use the restroom while it's being cleaned. And get even more upset. Now My wife has to use the restroom, and goes inside to do so. Even after I just told her my experience. She goes in ask to use the facilities and is told that they are being cleaned. She expressed the urgency to the female manager who tells her that they are for paying customers. (Where has the humanity in this world gone?) My wife let's her know that she just ordered food and is parked #3 curbside and is let into the restroom. (Women receive so many more privileges than men) (and then have the audacity to talk about equality) but that's another topic. Upon seeing this, I walk back inside followed by the other gentleman that needed to use the restroom and I now verbally make it clear that (we) need to use the restroom. And are denied stating the male employee is cleaning it. (I guess you have to be an employee to do so) as stated above. Knowing that my wife is in the women's restroom, I wait by the door for her to come out and am finally able to relieve myself. SMH. Do better McDonald's.

I swear I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but last time I go to this McDonald's. They always get my order wrong, I'm done with this location. Asked for spicy mc chicken, wrapped a regular mc chicken in spicy wrapper ?. My daughter asked for plain cheeseburger and they put everything possible in it.
