The food quality is great and prices are relatively reasonable. The menu is not long running so choices are limited. Even though it is categorised as a continental cuisine restaurant, the taste should be broadly appealing. A good place for health conscious choices. Also, I think it's the only good restaurant on Laurelwood road.
Lunch features a buffet. I prefer to order off the menu including popular cobb or turkey salads or several sandwiches. Ask for substitutes - fruit in place of fries. Parking is easy unless a special event is in procees.

Breakfast was pathetic. Looks good and all, however the food is equivalent to what you'd be getting in prison (so i hear). And if you don't have your coupon for the free breakfast, you'd be getting charged $21.75 EACH. Its absurd.... only thing i really ate the whole thing of was my banana but even that was on the old side and i arrived a little before 8am. Everything tasted super old. You'd be better off going to a dennys rather going to this place for breakfast.
