Love that you can customize the traditional Vietnamese vermicelli bowl that most Vietnamese restaurants offer. You can choose the type of starch (white rice, brown rice or rice noodles), meat, veggies and sauce/dressing. We ordered a beef bowl and a shrimp bowl. The beef and shrimp were so full of flavor. We also ordered a Thai iced tea and a cucumber & mint lemonade. Both were super yummy. My only wish is for another seafood option besides shrimp, preferably a white fish.

Placed a to-go order over the phone right when they opened. We were told that our food would be ready in 35 minutes. When my co-worker got there, he had to wait an additional 30 minutes. I'm not sure why it took so long...but eventually, we got our food. I got an egg banh mi and Vietnamese coffee. The banh mi was missing carrots and daikon. The sandwich was honestly really bland. Nothing memorable, since I think what makes a banh mi is how well they pickle their carrots and daikon. So, really, I just paid for something I can easily make at home. As for the coffee...it was way too sweet for my liking. I really wanted to like this place from the reviews I read, but it fell short of my expectations on our visit.

Was really excited to try this place. They have outdoor seating under a white tent that seats 4 people. They also have a sign that says indoor seating available. My bf and I came today around 2:30 and there was literally no one. Waited a while for food but that's because there's only one employee doing all the cooking, cleaning, & serving. They give out your typical side of bean sprouts, basil, lime and jalapeño. They also give you the full bottle of sriracha and hoisin sauce. My bf ordered the beef pho with brisket and the broth was surprisingly really good! Got some fatty pieces of brisket. I ordered vermicelli and waited like 10 minutes before I got my food. Inconvenient but that's ok because the food was delicious. Egg rolls were perfect and crisp to perfection. The pork had good flavor and I was able to get a small bowl of the pho broth on the side. Paid about $30. Water was ice cold and refreshing. The service was ok but would definitely come back for the food.

Delicious food. Been here a few times and the beat dish in my opinion is the bun bo hue

Noodle Edition was amazing! My boyfriend and I were in the mood for Bun Bo Hue which can be pretty difficult to find in the area.We did outdoor seating and got 2 Bun Bo Hues with Ribs on the side for $16 each.Bun Bo Hue was surprising both flavorful and refreshing. The ribs were GIANT and came in a bowl of soup it was simmering in. The ribs were by far the best part since it was so flavorful from slow cooking. The broth with the ribs was rich with umami and almost thick from the gelatin. All in all - we’ll definitely coming back again.

This is the worst noodle bowl I've ever had! Absolutely no greens! Pathetic! Will never order from again!

First timer here to this very spot. I have always seen it since I work around the area. My curiosity peak as I seen a reviewer post about the bun bo hue dish so I had to make a visit. Due to the pandemic its still no dine in, take out are available, and one outdoor dining table for two. The shop just barely open and there was only one woman who was running the whole show. So anyhow I place the order on the Bun Bo Hue which I was eager to try. Waiting about 10 minutes since its a bit under staff. When the order finally arrived I was intrigued by the way its served and it was quite appealing. Looks can be deceiving and the taste will tell the story. Took a sip of the broth and I was a bit disappointed. It was very sweet in taste and its not what I was hoping for. Even with the chili oil, lime, and Sriracha in it you can still taste the sweetness of the broth. I've had many BBH in my lifetime and most are serve spicy. Still can't find my jewel spot for BBH in Santa Clara or within the San Jose area. My go to spot for BBH is located in Livermore which is quite a distance to drive to. I have to try other dishes here and give my final thoughts. The thai tea was great. Will make another visit sometime in the future.

By far the most authentic vietnamese food in the area. I've had the pho and bun bo hue. Both came perfectly packaged with everything you need. One hit of the broth and I knew I found the best bowl of noodles on this side of town. Bun Bo Hue broth was full of flavor and not watered down like other places. The noodles were perfect texture not too soft and not hard in the middle. All the vegetables were really fresh and had the perfect crunch. My second time having them I had the Special pho with with fatty broth. It was great because it had a perfect mouth feel when combined with all the other ingredients. Meats weren't too tough like other places so you can tell they are using high quality beef cuts.Overall highly satisfied. My new number 1 go to place when Im at work and not on the eastside

Horrible. No flavor in food overall. Chicken Pho only had Chicken bones and skin in it, little to NO actually edible chicken. Broth was like if someone obtained the essence of chicken and put it in water, that's to say it was completely flavorless. Extremely disappointed. Ordered from GrubHub

Today we decided to give a try out this place as we do our routine shopping at Costco. This new establishment opened during the out break of Covid19 shutdown and we want to support local businesses. We order to go, was thinking that it will be the same ordinary establishment of Pho but I was impressed when the food was brought home. Special beef noodles was very carefully packed with all condiments and a really hot delicious soup when I poured the hot soup over with the rare slices of beef on top of the noodles it was tasty and good favor hot to cooked the beef slices. My wife a picky eater have the chicken pho was seen enjoying and empty the bowl I knew she liked it. Besides we did order the chicken wings very flavorful delicious. Everthing was packed with great efforts and with this pricing I must it is worth the money to enjoy good delicious food. I will come back again if I think Pho again. Good job to the chef

I have driven by this corner so many times and have finally decided to try it out. With such a huge variety of Vietnamese restaurants nearby, it can be easy to miss this little spot. They are fairly new, but definitely know the type of food they have. They offer simple appetizers like spring rolls, fried rolls - as well as the standard fare of Banh Mi's and pho (with a few rice and noodle plates as well). Something for everyone!I decided on the pork Banh Mi with the spring rolls since I was pretty hungry and wanted something that I could easily compare to my other options nearby.Oh man, Noodle Edition did not disappoint. The food came out quickly - about 10 minutes of waiting. My sandwich was filled with meat and veggies, but not too stuffed that I couldn't fold the bread. The bread! It was warm and just the right amount of crunch. The amount of meat really filled me up - but beware, it comes standard a bit spicy, so ask them to reduce it if you can't handle it.The spring rolls were massive actually. You get two, but each is about 8 inches long. They come tight packed with the vermicelli, shrimp, pork, and lettuce + mint. They also give a large amount of their peanut sauce to dip. Man o man, I loved eating those. If I had known better, I might have just ordered that 2 or 3 times and called it good haha! They also offer some good drinks like their house milk tea and Thai iced tea. Loved it, the price was right, and the quality was superb. Please try them out.
