Let me share pain first. Have same price as retail store (keep retail margin and save on delivery cost) and now they charge 5% additional on Venmo( only non cash payment accepted). Companies do this to discourage people to come or think they have monopoly.I know them for 30 plus years before even pani puri store in Santa Clara started. Respect all hard work. Great taste and consistency. I drive to their store (15 miles one way) so they can keep retailer mark up and make extra and hope I am getting fresh puri. This 5% surcharge on venmo to indirectly do cash only transaction is not customer friendly and hope they change itWe wish they list any other payment option including Zelle on their counter. I have been to Panipuri company a few times - whenever I have need fresh, high quality ingredients for Panipuri, papri chaat, etc. Home made quality and friendly service. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

They only sell pani puri shells and some snacks so you can imagine the quality and the taste of everything. One stop shop for all pani puri needs. Very reasonable prices and friendly service.

Update: Thanks to the owner of this place for the advise on writing my reviews I didn’t ask for or need one. Any buyer should be concerned on which ingredients go into their food irrespective of the establishment. I don’t know about other’s, I am.I did ask for ingredients 2-3 times but didn’t get any response.Just because someone is in the business for “20 years” doesn’t mean they are using the ingredients I would want.White flour- maida, whip cream and many other items are legal but I don’t want them so it’s legal for me to check and for the business must disclose. If you’re so offended that means there is something amiss.———————-Poori and other items are fine. No list of ingredients anywhere, that’s a bit concerning. Not sure if it’s legal that way.Old man in the front is not welcoming, is rude and pretends he doesn’t understand “ fresh hai?” especially when he’s Gujrati. #pretendmuch?

The pani, pani puri, chutneys , sev puris all are great and fresh . I was pleasantly surprised at how good the mohanthal was and the papdi gantiya . I wasn't so impressed with the bhel mix however. They only accept Venmo or cash .
