Worst boba tea we had so far. We order brown sugar boba milk and the tapioca was soooo hard to chew. The base wasn't good either. I would not recommend this place as there's so many better options in the mall.

Me and The Boys decided to go to Westfield Valleyfair. We decided to try this Boba spot called R&B. The service here is very fast and convenient. I got the Matcha strawberry mango with Boba, which was really good. Make sure you come check them out when you're in South Bay.

I've only ordered here once, but the experience was so bad that I am hesitant to try again. The milk tea was very bland and it was some of the worst milk tea we've ever had. I wonder if it was made incorrectly. Wife joked that "RB" must stand for "real bad".

The avocado is good here. Good size cup and btw some people that work here have attitude. It's located 2nd floor of valley fair mall.

Even at 30% Lychee Green Tea or 0% Hawaiian Fruit Green Tea (after ice has melted after 40mjns) they are way too sweet. I can’t imagine how 100% sweet would taste like.

I'd give this spot 3.5 stars, mostly due to the long wait for a simple drink. I ordered a Lychee Green Tea with Rainbow Jelly. There were maybe 4 people in front of me after I paid, but as time went on more and more people were waiting. It looked like they had a huge preorder, must've been over 50 drinks that they were making and placing in a huge cardboard box. It took close to 30 minutes for my drink because of that. Overall the drink was pretty good, but just a tad sweet for my liking but there wasn't an option to choose sweetness.

Got the cereal milk tea, added grass jelly and cheese foam, no ice, 30% sugar. It's still way too sweet and I couldn't taste the tea aroma at all. It's just plain sugar and milk powder. I have to add an extra 2 cups of tea when I got home to make it tastes better. And the grass jelly isn't authentic either.I remember when they first opened, they used to have pretty good tea. However now, I don't think I will come again.

I have found my favorite tea spot in the Bay Area, no joke.. I came on a weekday and there wasn't much of a line! You order from a kiosk which makes it super easy. We got a mango green tea I believe. It had oranges inside and it was very citrusy. It was DELICIOUS. Literally the best fruit tea I've ever tasted. It came in a huge size and for the price I felt like it was so worth it. A lady working there was even kind enough to help us divide it into another cup because we were sharing. Can't wait to go back and order more

Staff had attitude when asked why they didn't have any boba straws available, on top of that didn't add any ice to my taro milk tea that I had to drink warm out of a skinny straw. Place used to be quality, what happened

Really good boba, but please do yourself a favor and order from any of the other options at the mall. On my most recent visit, it took 40 minutes to get our boba. Yes, that is not a typo... 40 minutes for Boba. I have receipts to prove it lol. There were 2 workers working who honestly were doing their best, I don't blame them. But they seemed High School aged and were super overwhelmed. Shame on management for putting them in that position :( There was a crowd of around 30 people waiting for their boba.. never seen anything like it. To make matters worse, no numbers were being announced so it was a swarm every time a drink was ready. At one point I debated leaving the boba and ordering from the store downstairs, but husband wanted to wait lol. Especially with a time limit of free parking at Valley fair for 2 hours, do you really want to spend almost 50% of that time waiting for a drink? No thank you! That is 40 minutes of my life I'll never get back... please don't make the same mistake as me!

Stopped by during Black Friday and ordered our drinks through Yelp's ordering system. The drinks did take quite some time and 1 of our drinks were wrong but the girls easily made us a new one. The team here unfortunately looked lost and did not know what they were doing.. I had to point out some of the drinks which belong to us and she was still confused lol perhaps shes new or need better training. We love RB Tea and visit frequently at Vietnam Town.
