I had an amazing time at Restaurant Gish this weekend. The menu consisted of a citrus + herb salad, hay-smoked kampachi, southern-inspired gourmet soondae, korean porkchop that melts in the mouth, and ended with ice cream made of scorched rice. My girlfriend and I are both very familiar with Korean cuisine but we were pleasantly surprised by both the creativity of every dish along with the flavor. I normally don't drink very much, but this is one place where I would recommend...
My husband found this place 3 month ago, and we have been coming here every month (their tasting menu changes every month).. food and service are top notch. A true little gem. Our favorite go-to place.
Love the restaurant. Very charming with character. Dishes are unique, blended with East and West cooking technique and ingredients. For their price of their set menu, I would consider that as a steal. Will come again.
