“Great spot for Shanghainese food. First time I came here was after going to the KTV next door, and have returned many times since. My favourite items are definitely the xiao long bao and mapo tofu. The portions are fantastic especially considering the reasonable prices. The staff are polite and service is quick. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out.“

“Buns we're pretty good and really affordable. My big complaint is that the bus cart they push around every 5 minutes sounds like nails on a chalk board. Makes my skin crawl its so loud. You guys should get a can of WD-40 and lube the wheels on it.“

“Fantastic spot for Shanghainese food. Went here for dinner a few days ago and got sauteed sliced pork with pepper and chili and sauteed eggplant with potato and green bell pepper. Both were very flavourful, fresh, and well portioned. The pork was especially good, being very tender and flavourful. I'll definitely be back.“

“I would give it a 3.5/5 overall. It's a nice neighborhood spot with some solid dishes.
On my last visit, I got a couple soups and the pan fried soup dumplings.
dumplings - skippable imo. I've had crispier and soupier versions. but still tasty. 3/5
hot and sour soup with shredded pork - pretty good, especially with rice! 4.5/5
eggdrop soup with seaweed - I've never had it with seaweed before, so I'll reserve judgement on it. I probably wouldn't order it again. NA“

“I was very surprised by the food quality and items they have on offer.
I live nearby but never came in because I thought the food here would be another one with offers of many heavy fried dishes.
I wished that I came by to try here earlier than now. The food is authentic and tasty.
All those times I'm looking for good casual Chinese places but have to settle for something below par? Well, no more, I will just come here instead.“
