My kids had a blast at South Bay Shores. Minus 2 stars as there is no separate entry just to access the water park..You have to walk from the entrance all the way to the back of GA to access South Bay Shores. Why not make a separate entry from the parking lot just for people who want to access the water park?!
Neither great nor bad. This is the first Waterpark ive been to this year. When we went 99% of the kids slides were closed and the Otter Trotter was closed, manned by lifeguards constantly blowing their whistle. Positives about the waterpark, its great for families. Was able to take my son on the lazy river, tide pool area, and pups pier. Like the abundance of lounge chairs throughout the area. 5 year old enjoyed Otter Trotter (splash pad) and 7 year old loves the wave pool... and going ALL the way to the deep end! Rather crowded (as expected for a weekend).... But since we didn't come until after 4pm, I was able to grab a chair and a shady spot to watch. Closes at 6pm. (This year, ONLY South Bay Shores and the little kid section are open on Tuesdays!)
