Food quality and flavor seem to have declined since our last visit. Even though the restaurant was only about three quarters full, our server apologized for a busy night for the spotty service. Although the food was served promptly by the runners, the server was MIA, we had to go look for him to get the check and takeout boxes. My wife and I agreed that Pizza Antica would have been a better choice.

Lovely atmosphere and service but the food was horrible—we were shocked. My lasagna tasted exactly like canned Chef Boyardee. And my partners pizza crust was so thin and burnt it tasted like a cigarette. Wish I was kidding. Left very unhappy for the price we paid for what we received. Won’t be back.

After a disappointing experience elsewhere in the mall, we walked into Eataly without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised. We were seated immediately, greeted warmly, and treated with real hospitality from the start.

Within 10 minutes of sitting down, we had placed our order and were already enjoying the atmosphere. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed; something that’s become all too rare these days. The service...
