I had a great experience with Phoebe at Capital One. She was very kind and helpful and helped my husband and me with all of our questions. It was very nice talking with her, and she made everything much easier for us. She is very customer-focused and truly cares about helping people. Phoebe is a wonderful employee, and we really appreciate all her help!
