Truya Sushi is located inside the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara and offers decent nigiri and a good Levi maki with a variety of flavors. The sushi is served quickly, though the rice quality is just okay. The restaurant reduces its menu for late-night dining, focusing on simple sushi options. Customers enjoy the fresh sashimi and sushi, and they can also order from the main lobby bar/restaurant menu. Good salmon sushi and warm sake are available, and the environment is very good, situated in the lobby of a five-star hotel. Although it can be a little pricey, many find it worth it. The service staff has a very good attitude.
