Teriyaki Madness, located off of San Thomas expressway, offers a variety of teriyaki dishes and Asian-inspired options. The interior is pleasant and the restaurant can get busy. The Salmon Plate, while pricey at $75 for three orders, was disappointing with dry, salty fish and plain, dry fried rice. However, the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki Bowl received high praise for its flavorful, char-grilled chicken and spicy sauce. The Chicken Egg Roll was described as ordinary but satisfactory. Service from manager Jose and Valerie was commendable, with excellent patience and courteousness. Overall, the Spicy Teriyaki Chicken and Regular Teriyaki Chicken are recommended, while the Salmon Plate may not meet expectations.
