Group of 9 met on the patio after the Screwtape show at California Theater. Enjoyed good food and conversation, everyone left satisfied. Only downside is that parking can be challenging during the dinner hour.
We find this location to be easy to access and typically have no problem getting a table when we want. Service is always good and the food is well-prepared. On this occasion, our server could have been more friendly. She did not introduce herself, and she had no expression when talking to us. The gentleman who brought us our waters was much friendlier. I've been dining here for several years, their fish is always fresh. But yesterday the food was greasy, smelly, and mostly inedible. Fries were old and soggy. Tacos were barely warm and soggy as well. Fish was not fresh, there were just greasy pieces. Very disappointing. Not sure if I will be coming back.
