I never leave a SB review but I just wanted to thank Ivy for making my coffee the way I like it!! Upon first sip it was literally just the way I wanted it/make at home! I always mobile order and somehow the coffee just never ends up tasting right. It's not hard to mess up an iced americano with soy milk and a pump of vanilla syrup, but a lot of starbucks I go to don't make them how I like it to taste. What a wonderful staff you had on today, I'm awful with names but the gentleman that took my order today was super kind and polite. Both of my drinks came out amazing (iced chai and green tea latte) and will definitely come back to THIS location when I’m in Santa Clara from now on.

New drinks to try all the time! Staff super friendly and FAST! PLENTY of seating inside and outside. Handicap friendly. There is little limited parking in front but plenty on the side.Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple handicap with wheelchair space right in front. Well maintained ramps and smooth surfaces for easy access. Heavy glass double doors so wheelchair might have a slight issue but not that bad.
