I am shocked this place only has 2.8 stars . It's been here forever! Of all the other small businesses that have come and gone this one has stuck around. Never had a bad meal or dining in experience. The enchiladas are off the charts. My boyfriend and I eat here as often as we can.

The burritos are really good, but the problem is the cook does not wear gloves. He's got his gross nasty hands all over all every part of the burrito, he even scoops the chips up with his bare hands, and this is extremely gross to watch. He's touching his face, wiping sweat off his brow, touching all the different surfaces and then touches all the food you are about to eat. I even asked nicely if they could have him wear gloves. And they said no. They do not require their cooks to wear gloves. So I will never go back here again. You shouldn't either.

Confirmed that they use microwave ovens to reheat as the cashier literally warmed my order in front of me without a 2nd thought.2 stars because it was edible and not rancid.First and last time I'll be patronizing burrito factory.

The food is amazing! My mom, who lives 2 1/2 hours away always wants to get some of their food when she comes to visit. Their rice, beans & salsa is some of the best I’ve EVER had and my family has tried too many to count. I’ve lived all over Southern California throughout my life and Burrito Factory is a gem.The only negative is if you have a large order, they will (possibly) turn you down. I tried ordering 3 days ahead to get rice, beans & salsa for my family gathering and they said they already have another large order so they won’t be able to accommodate the order of rice & beans. :(Also, if you go through their drive-through, just a word of caution, they can sometimes be a little slow but that doesn’t bother me because I know they’re cooking everything fresh.

The food was really good. My burrito was huge. I normally don't like wet burrito and I forgot to mention that I didn't want it wet, and I'm glad I did because it was amazing. It was too big for me to finish but I brought it home and ate it in the morning. Will definitely be going back. Even my kids who only like pizza really liked the food
