Usually get friendly service here but the female cashier with glasses today on Saturday May 28 in the afternoon was a bit rude for no reason. I asked her if anything was wrong and she denied it then I said to her " Because all I did was ask a question and you gave me an attitude. The food is amazing! My mom, who lives 2 1/2 hours away always wants to get some of their food when she comes to visit. Their rice, beans & salsa is some of the best I’ve EVER had and my family has tried too many to count. I’ve lived all over Southern California throughout my life and Burrito Factory is a gem.The only negative is if you have a large order, they will (possibly) turn you down. The food was really good. My burrito was huge. I normally don't like wet burrito and I forgot to mention that I didn't want it wet, and I'm glad I did because it was amazing. It was too big for me to finish but I brought it home and ate it in the morning. Will definitely be going back. Even my kids who only like pizza really liked the food
