I lost my local burrito factory a while back. A visit here brought me back to the past. Nice people running the place. The nostalgic taste is the same as before. Ill be coming back for more!
Growing up in Santa Clarita, I had always driven past The Burrito Factory and finally decided to give it a try. We went on a Friday evening and the place was busy, which felt promising. I ordered the Carnitas burrito, chicken tacos, a cheese quesadilla, and chips.
The Carnitas burrito had tender meat, but the flavor was mild and about halfway through I noticed quite a bit of grease pooling on my plate. The cheese quesadilla was the standout item of the night....
