High quality education, friendly and caring professors and staff.
This is the coolest area in East Los Angeles. They converted all the old brick brewerys into work/live flats. According to the Internet a small one is 3000 square foot. It's a private fenced in residential area and you should get permission to do anything but go to the bar. The bar has a huge selection of brews, it was hard to decide.
