“This spot saved my hungry life the other night. I was out in the world longer than I wanted to be and pulled off at the truck stop LATE to see if I could roll up on a cute food truck or a drive thru for some late night vittles. ?Most things were closing or closed. It was too late for doordash or a different service & I had a ways to go before my destination.I pulled up to the Lunch Box & they were still alive! Not only alive, but service with a smile as well! Lovely, lovely customer service & EXCELLENT hot chicken strips with fries ? ? Yum! I HIGHLY recommend ?? ☺️ ??

“With taco trucks being all the rage this is one that you need to visit. The Birria Tacos here are bar none the best that I've had. Don't get me started with their other offerings of burritos, here. They are big full of flavor and well worth the price. The quesadillas are my next favorite, but believe me everything here is good.
Parking: The only thing about the parking here is that there's just a few spots around the truck that are available so it's going to be a walk if you have to park right on the street. If not, the business that is right in front has a big lot where you could just sit there and eat your food after you get it just make sure it's on the weekend. I'm pretty sure they're not too happy if you're parking there during the week.“

“I have such a hard time finding Venezuelan food at all, much less that is bueno bonito and barato. This place is incredible the Reina pepiada is amazing the tequeños the juices the cachapas. I’m in love. Everyone is so friendly and I’ll drive to north hills anytime for this place.“

“Amazing food!!! Ordered the hibachi chicken plate with fried rice it was delicious!!! Paid $22 well worth it, Large portion, quality chicken, veggies and rice were delicious. Will definitely go back and try more things on the menu! One of my new fav Food truck for sure!“
“I’m so grateful that these guys were the caterers for a commercial shoot a couple of days ago. Their Life Rice breakfast was so delicious and nutritious, not always the case with healthy, gluten free options. The seared ahi for lunch was perfect! “This was an awesome experience for our boys, ages 11, 9 and 6. My oldest boys had brought their own R/C trucks to try on the track, but they quickly realized that the trucks available to rent there were far superior, and the track was designed with that size in mind. It was well worth paying more to rent their trucks, but also fun to put our on trucks to the test. The staff was friendly and very helpful, giving the kids plenty of guidance, and staying out on the track to rescue trucks that flipped over. The bathroom was clean, water cooler available, and there were plenty of tables with umbrellas to provide shade. The onsite food truck provided yummy, family friendly food. The word needs to get out about this place—it’s great!“

“One word, delicious! I've seen their taco truck a couple times here and there but never really had a chance to go try their food. Today i finally had a chance and just so happen to have cash with me which I rarely do. The lady that took my order was friendly and ready to take my food order as soon as I got close to the order window. A customer ordered before me and my order got done quickly regardless, less than six minutes. Unlike other restaurants that just give you what you ordered, Tacos Colima goes beyond the normal order. I ordered some tortas and tacos. Each order came with beans , tostada, grilled onions and a grilled chile. Got home and tried out what I ordered and let me just say it was delicious, I'm not just saying it either. They are not stingy either. Tortas had a good amount of lettuce and tomato, and a slice of avocado and queso fresco. Tacos where bomb too.Tacos Colima is definitely the best taco truck I've been to in a while. I'll definitely recommend this truck if your craving mexican food, and will definitely come again.“

“I meant to take a photo but I ate the food too quickly. The Concha burger is my favorite. They also make a Peruvian hot sauce green in color that is absolutely delicious. Not too spicy so even if you don't like a lot of heat it is bearable and delicious. Will definitely come back!“
