“We booked Albert's for Saturday June 8th. Alex showed up early and prepared. Set up was so cute and quick! I am a property manager and we set this up for our residents to enjoy. The truck was fully stocked and there was so many options for people to choose from. Alex was professional and kind too. Pricing was so reasonable as well. Book them, you wont be disappointed. “This spot saved my hungry life the other night. I was out in the world longer than I wanted to be and pulled off at the truck stop LATE to see if I could roll up on a cute food truck or a drive thru for some late night vittles. ?Most things were closing or closed. It was too late for doordash or a different service & I had a ways to go before my destination.I pulled up to the Lunch Box & they were still alive! Not only alive, but service with a smile as well! Lovely, lovely customer service & EXCELLENT hot chicken strips with fries ? ? Yum! I HIGHLY recommend ?? ☺️ ??

“The food truck was so cute, I walked up and this sweet Italian man immediately said “cao” and had such a great spirit taking our order! It was a whole experience, then we had the best penne a vodka and salad! It was so delicious! ??I hope the food truck comes back soon! I would eat this once a week! I want to try all the other options too.“

“Okamoto Kitchen catered my daughters graduation party and it was a huge hit! The spicy tuna rice cakes are my favorite. Everyone love the katsu chicken sandwich and the yanky burger! “The soft shell crab taco was stupendous. One of the best things I've eaten this month. Unique, flavorful, absolute must have.

The Baja style fish taco was fine, but not nearly on the same level.

One taco was around $7, which is more of a gourmet price. But I would happily pay that for the soft shell crab taco.

Service was very impersonal. Nobody greeted me. Not a single word of hi/hola, thank you, goodbye. Nothing. You just enter your name and order on a tablet. A few moments later somebody looks and gestures at you to take your food. Sitting situation is not great. But it's a fast casual bite, so you're not there for a long time. FYI - this is a food truck and not a brick and mortar space.

I would go out of my way to eat the soft shell crab taco again. Wow, I'm still thinking about it.“
