We stopped here on our way to Van Nuys looking for a bakery. We were delighted to find a variety of Italian cookies that we all enjoyed. The cookies were a little pricey but buttery and very good. The service was so welcoming and friendly. Although we are not locals I wouldn't mind coming back again when passing through.

Purchase a pastrami sandwich.Ask for it to be hot.Received a soggy wet warm sandwich. Could not enjoy a soggy bread sandwich. First time there and my last.

I wasn't impressed with the two sandwiches we had. Sandwiches are small for the price and the large are too expensive. We will have to try something different to get a real sense of what they offer

The staff is very attentive and efficient... the food is ok.. $11.99 for a small meatball sub $18.99 for the large... the large didn't look substantially bigger for the price jump... had to add cheese for extra $$... the meatball sub on the hard roll was mediocre. Maybe I ordered the wrong item here... the roll ended up being very soft. It seems like they take a large meatball, cut it in half and smash each half the roll... the sandwich was all mushy.. might give it another try if I'm in the area...

Sorry for pic but this pastrami sandwich was jus INCREDIBLE and I couldnt help myself..... I also got some castelvatrano olives that were very very tasty. All the staff is so friendly & attentive.Place is always clean and well presented. Can't wait to go back ?

This place is a discrase of italian representation. The food was disgusting looking not appetiting at all. We ordered a italian sub and asked for no ham, provelone, italian dressing, no mayo instead to put mozzarella and hot peppers. The sandwhich was nothing what we asked for and was all stuck to the wrapping. Who the hell wraps a hot sub in white paper wrapping and not foil. Especially something hot. It was all mush and stuck on the paper. That went straight to the trash. The second sandwhich was a meatball sub toast and that was all mushed and the bread was not even toasted anymore because they wrapped it striaght out of a microwave or something. This place is disgusting. They dont even know how to run a italian business and shouldnt have 12 year old kids working there making food..they should all go back to culinary school or go to Italy and learn how food is suppose to be made. Disgusting!!! Dont waste time or money here. Not worth a penny at all. Writing my review and getting my refund they dont deserve a dime. Or penny. They can go sell there store and shut down. Complaining om yelp too because they dont deserve loyal customers never going back. The workers and the managers are idiots and disgusting. They deserve negative stars.
