A solid spot for some burgers and fries. My group of six ordered a big selection (not pictured, sadly) including Big Betties, Smokin’ Betties (pictured), with both a basket of regular and curly fries. We also got two milkshakes that really threw us back into the 70’s, haha. Everything was a bit pricy but reasonable and service was sound. And of course, the food was pretty good.

When another of their locations closed early after my party of visiting family members arrived, the downtown Betty's invited us down promising to seat us as long as we arrived before closing. We were a large group, and they set up a big table in the back room. Our order arrived quickly, the food was great, and our server was friendly and gracious. Thank you Betty's Eat Inn!
Went for a family dinner. We all got burgers. Everything was delicious. Pretty quiet that day. I think there was only one other family there in the whole restaurant. Wednesday during dinner.

Just went in on Sunday at lunch and unfortunately have the worst food poisoning I have ever had. Out of a group of 6, 3 of us are sick from the burger and BLT. It’s unfortunate because this stuff can happen, but when family visits from out of town and this is their first Santa Cruz meal, I am greatly disappointed this was the result.
