It's an L&L. Compared to the one in Mountain View this one is so so. The people are nice and service was quick. Saimin broth was very watery. No taste. Chicken katsu was good but not as fresh as it could be. Portions were good size. The restaurant needs a cleanup and a paint job.

My biggest complaint though is that they give you super flimsy plastic fork and knife that always breaks trying to cut your meat if you're not super careful.
