Las Palmas Taco Bar Reviews
Fried egg breakfast burritos for the win. Everything is great, though, except the lack of bathrooms. Small sacrifice for great food.
Food is reasonably priced and tasted great. Lots of gluten free options. It is counter service and find your own seat. Most of the seating is outdoors. The seating is functional and gets the job done but I would not call it inviting. They were busy when we ate there, and the service was not super quick. That said it is not fast food. All things considered, I would definitely eat there again.
We had tacos and burritos.
Both were good and decent.

Las Palmas Taco Bar is a Mexican restaurant located near the beach, known for its authentic and made-to-order food. The menu features options such as crispy tacos, cheese enchiladas, rice, beans, super burritos, and taquitos. Some of the best crispy tacos are the chicken ones, which are considered by many to be the best tacos ever. The deep-fried taco shell gives them an incredible flavor, making them a must-try for visitors. The portion sizes are large, and the food is very good, offering great value compared to other spots. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, and it caters to vegan and vegetarian options as well.
The staff at Las Palmas Taco Bar are known for being kind and friendly. The restaurant has a relaxed and chill atmosphere, making it popular with both locals and tourists. It’s a nostalgic, family-owned place that has been around since the reviewer was a kid skateboarding at the fun spot across the street. While the restaurant looks like a gas station and prices are cheap, some customers find the prices reasonable for the portion size and quality of the food. There are no bathrooms available on-site, and due to its popularity, there may be a wait for food.
Some items, such as the guacamole and salsa, have received mixed reviews, with some praising them. The burritos are noted for their large size, but some customers have experienced the wrapping falling apart while eating. The pork and beef used in the dishes are praised for their tenderness and flavor. The veggie burrito is not recommended, as some feel it’s less satisfying compared to the other options.
Overall, Las Palmas Taco Bar offers an authentic dining experience with friendly service and delicious food, especially known for its crispy tacos and generous portions.
