Had Idly, Samosa, Masala Dosa yestereday. Surprise. Dishes were very tasty and better than many South Indian restaurants in Bay Area. Though not comparable to places in South India, considering quality of ingredients in USA, well done Chef. Keep it up. Will come again.

The food was good, but the customer service was amazing. My food fell off the table and the owner graciously have me a new plate free of charge. Please check out this cute sidewalk stand when you are in downtown Santa Cruz!

Sunni was very kind (on my birthday, too!) and made me special fried little balls of sweetness for dessert. Yummy! I had lentils, my friend and I both had dosas, she had samosas, and I have had the lassi before--also good--but this time I had the chai. His chai is not the really sweet kind Americans are used to in Starbucks, but the type Indians actually drink. So if you order expecting it to be like Starbucks, you will be disappointed. It is chai.
