I, too, only recently tried Ruben's Tacos and have been back every week. I keep trying everything and have yet to be disappointed! Even my mom loves it. She's had many burritos in her lifetime and said last week, "This is the best burrito I have ever had!" - and I believe her!
It's a good truck so atmosphere is not important. Tacos were great, fresh tender meats and fresh toppings. Burritos the same with tasty rice and beans. Service is ultra friendly. Love this place!
I've passed by this place every night for a while and finally decided to stop in. Got a Chile Relleno burrito with brisket. So good!!! Five stars food, five stars service, three stars atmosphere due to being in a parking lot in the rain. Will come again!!
