At first when we checked in, there wasn't anyone in front to receive us. All employees are busy and since we were not staying at the hotel we had to initiate the conversation. Once seated, Rainbow took over, I mean literally. Rainbow is the cool bartender, waiter, all things Bar and restaurant and he manages really well. Absolutely delicious!!! Some of the best food you will find in santa cruz. The atmosphere is very nice as well, especially outside in the pool/bar area.
Richard and Noah have provided 5 star service at Solaire. It is always outstanding service here. I stay 3 nights a week every week😊
