Walked in 20 til closing not knowing she was close to closing as we aren’t from here and just got to our hotel. The entire time heard nothing but how she has to close. Then she refused to make the last sandwich for us as she only had five minutes to closing time once she got to the last one. Not my problem you took your sweet time putting the meat on the sandwich yet you made it mine. Thank you lady, had you told me that you weren’t going to make the last one I would have had my kids all order and me not get something. But nope you refused one of my kids instead. Heaven forbid you actually do your job all the way until closing time. What is wrong with customer service these days? You close at nine then anyone in prior gets served that’s it. 7/12/2024 850pm. Hopefully a manager actually sees this and you can find a job you enjoy more.

This is the second time I ordered a sandwich online at this location and the one employee got it wrong. I ordered a 12” #6 and she must’ve read it as the 6”. Tried to call the restaurant but got left on voicemail each time I called. The first time this happened I tried to call, nothing, filed a complaint, still nothing. Next time I’m checking the bag before I leave this is ridiculous.

They did not comprehend hardly any of my requests and seemed irratated and impatient when I try to communicate my requests. They then had to void my charge twice to get my order right using coupons. Food was good, but customer services was very frustrating.

The fat lady. Robusta who works there was the most "rude and shocking. We went there on vacation and before driving 4 hours back home we stopped there to eat, and that Lady... She was very pedantic, rude, bloody. She twisted our eyes. When we asked for the coupon for 3 sandwiches, she angrily threw the food when placing the order and gave us some very rude answers!! She is happy in that job. For her I give 1 star.

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL workers. Called the store 3x to get help about an order I previously made online and no one answered which meant I had to drive to location. The workers were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Gave me attitude when I asked to speak to the manager although I wasn’t being being rude to them. The lady behind the counter didn’t even let me try and explain the situation before cutting me off, blaming the misunderstanding on me and responding with attitude and hostility. Never have I ever written a bad review because I understand work can be stressful on the workers but the staff here was beyond rude literally made me want to cry of anger because I was just trying to have a conversation. AVOID this place unless you want to have to deal with rude and unwelcoming workers.
