I recently placed a custom cake order at The Buttery for my Mom's 75th birthday, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.
Upon placing the order, I received an email from Kat, who provided some recommendations and requested inspiration photos. I promptly responded with my preferences for a small 2-tiered cake with fresh flowers, including a picture of a cake previously made by The Buttery and an image of the desired flower colors.

I had a very delicious Chicken Apple Brie Sandwich and Chai latte.
Order the cake way all the time for a wedding we travel from Oregon to here for the wedding went to pick up the cake it was not at all what we expected from the pictures that were sent in the email and we waited an hour longer than we were told to pick it up and they did nothing with the cake way over there they were out of the product of a promise to put on the cake and no management helped at all and nobody knew what was going on I would not recommend this place for anybody...read full review
