“I celebrated my 60th birthday few weeks ago and I can’t recommended it enough. Great location, beautiful inside, outside area is very clean, plenty of parking and very private. The food was great and believe me you will not be disappointed. The staff was very nice and easy to work with in particular the two ladies that worked with me and help me to put together my party in a short period of time, Roberta and Sandra….Roberta in particular has a good sense when it comes to ideas to decorate… you just need to tell her what theme you want for your party and she make sure that everything goes accordingly to your taste. She listened and within your ideas and her inputs I can guarantee you that everything will come out BEAUTIFUL. My theme was “Havana Night “ and everything came out better than I expected…So if you look for a place to have fun and created memories that will last forever, I would highly recommended this place !!“

“Best Tri-tip in town, along with the fall off the bone baby back ribs and their signature mouth watering sweet & tangy barbecue sauce. It will have you licking your fingers and going for not only seconds but for thirds. Can’t go wrong with their highly experienced and well trained staff, who are always ready to assist in any way they can and who also go out of their way to provide the customer with anything they need.“

“What a gem...hands down the best elotes l've ever had!! The corn man is super nice and super fast at pumping out Elote via cob or bowl. There was probably 20+ people ahead of me with multiple orders but it only took 25 minutes to get through since he's so efficient. It can be so amazingly rich and heavy for some folks but this is what you're coming for! A guilty pleasure ruminating in cheese, mayo and liquid butter and corn. I prefer the bowl over the cob since it's much easier to eat. I also recommend getting two at once so u don't have to wait in line again and it's so cheap. 100% recommend!“

“I hope this is a right place, but I met them in Long Beach near the pike. I had the most delicious rice and garlic noodles. The staff was wonderful. The food was delicious and fresh. I loved it. “Stopped at La Casita Mexicana after work on Friday and their carnitas tacos were incredible. The salsa bar had like six different options and the green one had a nice kick to it. Service was friendly and my food came out pretty quick even though they were busy. I'll probably make this my regular spot for tacos.“

“I don't even know where to start. Our biggest reservation with having a wedding was initially thinking about how much we'd have to spend upfront. Wedgewood made it simple by breaking it up into payments leading up to the wedding day. Thankfully, we got a headstart and planned 18 months ahead. So the payment plan per se, was much more doable once it was laid out!

From our initial conversation with the venue to the final days leading up to the wedding, Rio Hondo made it so easy for us. The planning was essentially laid out step by step and easy to navigate through the online portal! The reminders were within reason, the checklist was helpful, and the admin staff were accomodating.

We decided to get the third tiered package with the venue. The package came with a day-of wedding coordinator, buffet styled dinner, a DJ and MC, a photobooth, top-shelf and open bar, a floral centerpiece for each of our tables, and a few other things including a smooth planning schedule.

Rio Hondo - thank you for making our wedding experience such a breeze! Laura and I both had so much fun. We really didn't feel like we stressed about anything.

Tamica was our day-of coordinator, Nestor was our banquet captain, and Dustin was our DJ and MC. Tamica, thank you for being so present and attentive to our needs. From bringing us water to helping us fix our appearances as the day went on, and everything else in between. It was a fun experience sharing our plans with you. Thank you for helping us bring them to life! Nestor, you and your kitchen staff did an amazing job with the food and appetizers. We had so many compliments on the food. Many of our guests were happily surprised and satisfied. I keep thinking about the mac and cheese croquettes, the chicken with sherry cream, and the salmon. YUM! Dustin, you rock so much. Laura and I were type-A personalities when it came to the song selections, our grand entrance, the surprises, and the Labubu tosses. Thank you for working with us to make it happen!!

The entire staff at Rio Hondo showed up and showed out for us. Thank you all for making our special day (surprise and actually our 2-year wedding anniversary) so much fun, easy going, and truly unforgettable! For anyone hesitating, JUST DO IT! You won't regret it 🥰“

“The most incredible catering company ever! I used TGIS for my wedding in Malibu. They were the most professional, organized and responsible company. All of my guests raved about the food, the bartenders were so fun and on it, and the timing was seamless. Jeremy goes out of his way to make you feel calm and taken care of. She was so communicative, responsive, and really took the time to understand who we are as a couple - making sure the menu reflected that perfectly. The food not only tasted amazing, but felt so us.

Our guests are still raving about the hamachi crudo from cocktail hour (so fresh and flavorful!) and the pasta station was such a fun, interactive touch. The cocktails were also no joke - strong and well-balanced, just the way we like them.

“I found heirloom LA when they catered a function at my hospital. I was so impressed. I had them cater my 60th birthday just this past weekend and they are really wonderful to work with. They’re super friendly, help me a lot in the planning and the execution they connected me to the right people for doing the furniture for the party for servers and then the food was just completely completely amazing Euler menu great quality of food, vegetables, fruits. I did a full vegan menu and they were really, great about doing that with a really complex interesting menu with very taste and textures. I would definitely only use them for any future events that I do. I completely highly recommend them without reservation.

I highly recommend the pumpkin guacamole. The banana bread was gobbled up in three seconds and the juices were fantastic. This is not exclude every other item that I ordered that was fantastic fruit plate veggie plate vegan burritos make your own avocado toast was unbelievable. I could go on and on and on .“

“Been meaning to try Bopomofo but I live in NorCal so haven't had a chance until today! The hojicha latte is less intense than what I'm used to but still kept me up all night. The dark meat popcorn chicken is probably my favorite thing here. It did not disappoint. The beef noodle sandwich was an interesting experience and literally tasted like pho in a sandwich. The walnut shrimp sandwich was underwhelming and too dry for my taste.
