“I would like to commend Brian for his great service, attention to detail and positive attitude. I showed up to the restaurant just before closing time and he assisted me without hesitation. Unfortunately, I have a gluten free allergy and he went above and beyond to ensure that I didn’t get gluten contamination by cleaning the machines and taking all necessary precautions. He sets the standard for for what great customer service should be.“
“I went during lunch rush but the line moved pretty fast! My sandwich was delicious and fresh. Unfortunately, they were having computer issues so patrons could only pay with card. The staff handled it really well, alerted customers right away and were apologetic for inconveniences. All in all, I had a great experience & will be back.“
