I HATE Chinese/Asian food BUT this place is AMAZING! As someone who is half Asian and grew eating Asian food everyday to the point of aversion this place has me coming here twice week from over 30min away. The chicken egg foo young is as I remember from childhood and a dish that is very hard to find made right nowadays. The cheese wontons — heavenly! The Generals, Kung Pao and Orange all equally good. Just try it,

North China Restaurant has attentive waitstaff who provide excellent service. The restaurant's cleanliness is commendable. The food quality is great, with some dishes being flavorful. Portions are generous, and the prices are on the higher side, but the lunch specials are a great value.
The menu offers a variety of dishes, including orange chicken and Mongolian beef with white rice. The orange chicken and chow mein received positive feedback for their flavor. The honey walnut shrimp was a favorite, with its perfectly fried shrimp and good flavor. The house chow mein and appetizer platter were well-received. The Shrimp in Lobster Sauce is considered the best in the city.
The food is less oily compared to regular Chinese restaurants. The service is killer, and everyone was friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly, was well cooked and delicious, and portions were huge. The establishment was clean and cozy. Parking and accessibility are good. It is considered one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area.
