This is my 6th or 7th time here. Every time I check in they give me a room with feather pillows. I am allergic to feathers. This is the only hotel in the entire Marriott system that can’t get this right. But ok. Things happen. But when you call down and ask them to fix the problem they say yes and nothing happens. 2 hours later I call the front desk again. But this time the phone in the room isn’t working. This will be my last time here.
