The food is not good enough to justify the stupidly high prices. The frosted lemonade is amazing, but the paper straws ruin it. Plus they sell the Polynesian sauce at the store now, so there's no reason to even bother. Just make frosted lemonade at home.

Let me start by saying the taste is not a problem, it's the portion. I got an original by itself, opened bun to find this smaller than normal about half as thick as normal piece of chicken breast. Did not even span the bun. Usually sticks out the sides. It looked like a normal filet was cut in two, and I got the top thinner part. Maybe this store does this to double their profits? I gave 3 stars cause the food was good, service was quick at the drive thru, and staff friendly. Just unhappy paying top dollar for a less that half size portion.

I didnt see the menu before I placed my order, so when I got to the window I let them know that I wanted to change my whole order an they were all so nice about it an didnt make me feel bad for doing it at all???I love every chick-fil-a that I go to the staff are always so kind an it makes my experience of grabbing a bite to eat that much better?

Staff is rude compared to other Chic Fil A’s. Food is just ok, asked for nuggets and it came out almost burnt. Didn’t get sauces with an order and then when I asked I got one of the staff members who rolled their eyes and didn’t even address me. Never coming here
Worst Chik Fil A ever. They don’t provide you with your orders and when you call to ask about it the staff is outrageously rude then hangs up. The managers Arnet and Patty said that she does not have time for this. They have a bully their names Mark whose only job seems to be called over to accost customers with the friendliest inquiry towards their many mismanaged mistakes. This location does not fit the Chik Fil A brand that is advertised. The one benefit of Chik Fil A’s overpriced items is supposed to be good service. I spent hundreds in this location interaction and I can tell you they have the worst service out of any restaurant, anywhere. Be warned: this restaurant is an unprofessional cesspool that won’t fulfill your orders. Find a better restaurant and take your business to anyplace else.

I've always loved this restaurant; it's my favorite and the staff are usually amazing. However, today I had an unusual experience. About an hour ago, one of the staff members, a shorter woman with black hair, was quite unfriendly. She didn't respond to my questions or acknowledge my thanks. Even when I wished her a good day, she remained silent and seemed to have an attitude. This encounter left a sour taste in my mouth, and I hope it's not indicative of a decline in the restaurant's customer service. It's disheartening, as it affected my mood for the rest of the day.
We attended the special Valentine’s Day dinner this year and it was so fun! Great service, friendly servers and nice, hot food.

My bag ripped as the employee handed the drive thru order to me and it was all wasted on the ground. She proceeded to get an annoyed look and said "he dropped it" even though she is the one who took her hand from under it as it was ripping. I expect the worker to be the expert and know how to properly hand me a bag when it is heavy. Next, they re-made my order after making me park, when she handed me the bag the second time she said "try not to drop it this time"... i'll be back but not with a friendly attitude

Best and consistent, fast-food chicken sandwiches on the Westside. This particular franchisor runs this business much better than the other storeParking: Small parking lot. Like In-n-Out, the drivethru lane may be longer than the walk-up window, sometimes discouraging those trying to make a left into main driveway. The onsite and street parking are a challenge during the lunch rush. Park on the side streets if the drivethru is busy. Like In-N-Out a pleasant employee will take your order while you wait in the drivethru lane.
