But the crew seems to be on the clock , so they don’t take much time for a nice service, or a smile. You have to wait to ask them for an empty glass for water for example. But it was good

“Review for Chipotle - January 23rd
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience today at Chipotle. I placed an order for a burrito through the app and arrived at the restaurant hungry, expecting to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find no employees present in the front area or anywhere accessible to customers. There were other patrons in the restaurant, but no staff. I waited for two minutes, calling out “Hello! Help!” multiple times, but no one responded.
After waiting, I had no choice but to take my order myself from the pickup shelf. However, when I opened it, I discovered that my order was completely wrong. I had ordered a burrito, but I was given a bowl (plate).
I found an employee and explained the issue, asking for my correct order. The employee told me they could only replace the food if I returned the incorrect item. I explained that I had already discarded the bowl, as I didn’t order it and didn’t want it. Despite this, the employee refused to help or provide the burrito I originally ordered, leaving me without the food I paid for.
This is absolutely unacceptable. From the lack of staff, to the wrong order, to the refusal to correct their mistake, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Chipotle needs to address these issues immediately. I paid for my food and was left hungry and disappointed.“
